Description: |
Perennial herb, stoloniferous, with 5-10 culms clumped together from a short vertical or horizontal base; culms sharply triangular, sometimes twisted. Inflorescence a cylindrical green spikelet. Nutlets pale brown, obovoid, longitudinally ridged with transvers bars. |
