Description: |
Perennial herb, growing from a short, thick rhizome. Leaves almost fully developed at flowering time, narrowly elliptic, pointed, 12-22 cm long,gradually tapering into a fallse petiole up to 11 cm long, including the leaf sheath. Inflorescence arising from the base of the leafy shoot, 4-10-flowered on a peduncle 19-38 cm long. Corolla violet with a 3-lobed lip. |
