Description: |
Tree 8-30(35) m. high. Young branchlets glabrous or puberulous. Leaves with pinnae opposite, in 4-11 pairs; leaflets 10-18 or more pairs, oblong, rounded at apex, asymmetrically rounded or subtruncate at the base. Peduncles up to 50 cm long; flowers red, in dense, electric light bulb-shaped inflorescences. Pods leathery. |
