Description: |
Shrub or small tree up to 5 m tall. Leaves lanceolate to elliptic-lanceolate, 4-10 × 2-3 cm, hairless or with scattered stellate hairs beneath, finely gland-dotted and with 2 discoid glands on upper leaf surface near junction with the petiole; apex acuminate; base rounded; margin glandular-serrate; petiole 1-7 cm long. Inflorescences and flowers not known. Fruits weakly 3-lobed, 2.5-3 cm long, densely spiny with spines up to 7 mm. |
