Description: |
Somewhat climbing shrub up to 2 m tall, covered with reddish-yellow short and longer bristly hairs. Leaves subsessile or very shortly petiolate, oblong-elliptic, 6-15 cm long, thinly hairy above, paler, shortly pubescent beneath with long hairs on the veins, cordate at the base; petiole up to 4 mm long, reddish-yellow-hairy. Stipules pinnatipartite, c. 1 cm long, hairy. Inflorescences axillary heads, 2-5 cm long. Flowers with sepals whitish hairy outside; petals obovate, c. 4 mm long, 2-lobed for about half the length. Fruit oblong, c. 1.5 cm long, hairy. |
