Description: |
Unarmed, much-branched evergreen tree. Bark variable, black and flaky, pale grey rough and fissured or grey and smooth. Leaves opposite, elliptic to obovate 1.5-9.5 cm long, thin or somewhat leathery, almost hairless, somewhat blue-green; petiole 4-5 mm long. Flowers small, in axillary or terminal heads, greenish-white, c. 3 mm long.Fruit ellipsoid, 1-1.5 mm long, one-seeded. |
