Description: |
Spreading low bush up to 1 m tall, sometimes branches semi-prostrate. Leaves oblong to obovate, 2–7·5 cm long, hairless on both surfaces; margin slightly rolled under, entire or shallowly wavy. Flowers and fruit not different from var. occidentalis. |
Notes: | Although G. occidentalis is extremely variable, and the description of numerous varieties would not have much point, var. litoralis provides something of an exception since its restricted habitat. |
