Description: |
Terrestrial herb up to 60 cm high, growing from a creeping rhizome. Stems erect, fleshy. Leaves 7-9, suberect to spreading, ovate, 3-3.6 cm long; petiole distinct, 2-2.5 cm long, broadening towards the sheathing base. Inflorescence up to 17 cm long, many-flowered on a glandular peduncle up to 23 cm long; Flower small, subglobose white-glandular on the outside of the straw-coloured, pink-tinged sepals; petals pale pinkish; lip saacate at the base with numerous papillae inside, ovate tongue-shape at the apex, pale green to whitish. |
