Description: |
Shrub, 1-2 m high. Leaves opposite, closely spaced, sessile, ovate-elliptic to narrowly elliptic-oblong, 1.3-5.4 cm long, leathery to slightly fleshy, hairless; stipules with 3 narrow, pointed lobes 1-2 mm long. Inflorescences in c. 3 cm long heads, densely pubescent. Corolla white or possibly pink(?), densely hairy at the throat. Fruit c. 6.5 mm in diameter, purple. |
