Description: |
Erect or somewhat twining perennial herb, Leaves linear-lanceolate with the mid vein prominent below; margin finely toothed. Inflorescence a terminal raceme up to 30-flowered. Flowers, despite the name, most commonly pink, but vary from white to purple. |
Notes: | Although this species has so far only been recorded from Zimbabwe, records right near the border in the Chimanimani Mts and on Mt Engwa suggest it likely occurs also in these mountains in Mozambique. |
