Description:
Small to medium-sized tree. Leaves alternate, mostly crowded near the ends of branches, obovate-lanceolate, glossy green above, covered in silvery hairs below, which may wear off in old leaves. Flowers white to cream singly or in small clusters in the leaf axils. Fruit fleshy, ovoid, red when ripe.

Habitat: In mixed evergreen forest.
