Description: |
Small succulent shrub usually much less than 1 m tall. Branches 4-6-angled, occasionally slightly and distantly constricted. Spine shields forming a continuous horny ridge along the angles. Flowers unisexual, yellow. Fruit a 3-lobed capsule, c. 5 mm in diameter, exserted on a recurved pedicel. |
