Description: |
Very similar to Acalypha ciliata but consistently differing in the teeth of the female bracts, which are up to 1.5 mm long, falcate-lanceolate, curved at the apex, often lying alongside each other and almost contiguous. |

Habitat: | In Acacia woodland, riverine vegetation, on the margins of pans, on alluvial soil or sandy soil near the edge of water. |
