Description:	Shrubby perennial herb with annual stems, up to 60 cm tall, growing from a woody rootstock. Leaves oblong-oblanceolate, up to 3 × 1 cm, densely pubescent. Flowers yellowish in lateral 3-12 flowered racemes. Capsule c. 6 × 5 mm, broadly elliptic-oblong, pubescent, slightly winged with an apical notch.
