Description: |
Erect annual up to c. 80 cm tall with numerous ascending branches from the base, covered in long spreading hairs. Leaves mostly 3-foliate, spreading, mainly crowded just below inflorescence. Leaflets linear-oblanceolate to oblong-oblanceolate, 15-50 mm long, densely hairy on both surfaces; petioles 5-25 mm long, narrowly winged; stipules absent. Flowers in dense subsessile heads or short racemes. Calyx densely hairy. Corolla pale yellow; standard marked red at the base inside and veined reddish and pubescent on the outside. Pods sessile, 4-6 mm long, almost round to egg-shaped, densely hairy. |
