Description: |
Prostrate, thick-stemmed annual or perennial herb, with stems up to 40 cm long, often papillose. Leaves subcircular to obovate, entire, decurrent at base, pilose. Flowers solitary, sessile. Perianth segments yellowish inside, greenish or reddish and pilose outside. Fruit red or pink, star-shaped, depressed in the middle. |
