Description: |
Woody, shrubby perennial, 0.5 - 2 m. Young branches quadrangular, covered in yellowish, subappressed hairs. Leaves opposite, ovate to elliptic-oblong, 2-10 cm long, finely pubescent on both surfaces; apex mucronate; margin entire. Flowers in short terminal and axillary spikes, greenish-white. Capsule oblong-ovoid, c. 2.5 mm long. |
