Description:
Shrubby plant with lax rosettes. The leaves turn deep coppery red in the dry season.
Notes:
Derivation of specific name: cameronii: after Kenneth J. Cameron, Scottish planter in Malawi for the African Lakes Corporation.
Habitat: In crevices and grass filled depressions on granite hills and cliffs. Mostly in exposed situations but occasionally among other shrubs.
Altitude range: 700 - 1600 m
