Description:	Rhizome erect to suberect, fronds tufted. Stipe up to 40 cm long. Lamina up to 2 m, bipinnate and lanceolate in outline. Pinnules glabrous, linear-oblong in outline; apex acute; margin crenate. Sporangia cover the basal third of the lower pinnae.
