Description of the genus
Rhizome short creeping. Fronds monomorphic. Stipe and rhachis shallowly grooved above. Lamina pinnately compound; venation simple, free, the basal pair passing the sides of the sinus membrane or anastomose below it, then with a short excurrent vein. Indumentum of scales on rhizome and stipe base, hairs on axes and lamina surfaces. Sori confined to the lobes. Mozambique: 1 taxon. |
