Description:	Evergreen tree. Leaves stiff with prominent almost parallel lateral veins; margin toothed. Flowers large, 15-20 cm in diameter. Petals white. Stamens numerous. Styles numerous, borne at the apex of the ovary, arranged like the spokes of a wheel. Fruit 10-12 cm in diameter, enclosed by large fleshy sepals.
