Description:	Tree to 30 m. Leaves 3-7-palmately-lobed; white-tomentose beneath. Flowers clustered in axils. Calyx 5 cm long, pink or red, campanulate, tomentose. Follicles 10-15 cm, brown-pubescent.
Notes:
Derivation of specific name:	discolor: not of the same colour, referring to the upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Flowering time:	Sep - Nov
Worldwide distribution:	New South Wales and Queensland, Australia.
