Description: |
Shrub or small tree. Branchlets pale with stellate hairs. Leaves ovate-lanceolate, 4-10 cm long, 3-veined from the base, sparsely hairy along the veins above, more densely below, base more or less symmetric; margin shallowly toothed or scalloped. Flowers creamy-white, c 1-1.5 cm in diameter, in few-flowered, axillary and terminal heads. Fruit somewhat pear-shaped, 10 mm long, velvety, pendulous. |
