Much-branched, short-lived perennial herb, with prostrate, spreading or ascending, densely leafy, hairy branches. Leaves sessile, ovate-lanceolate to ovate, 2-7 mm long, grey-green, appressed pubescent. Flowers clustered at the ends of branches. Calyx ovoid, 3-4 mm long, silky pubescent. Corolla c. 5 mm long, white, often tinged pinkish-purple; lobes oblong-ovate, hairy on the outside. Stamens and styles longer than corolla. Capsule ovoid, hairy at the apex. |
